Openings for a Clinical Trial on

Microbiota Transfer Therapy for Children with both Pitt Hopkins Syndrome and Gastrointestinal Disorders

 

Purpose:   To study a new investigational treatment to reduce gut and stomach problems in children with Pitt Hopkins Syndrome (PTHS). 

Who can enroll?  Children with PTHS age 7-17 years who also have chronic constipation and/or diarrhea.

Treatment:  Involves swallowing medications to improve gastrointestinal problems.

Duration: The study lasts 14-28 weeks, with 1-2 follow-up evaluations after treatment ends.

No cost to participate.
